Microsoft Jigsaw is not playing on Windows 8

Discus and support Microsoft Jigsaw is not playing on Windows 8 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been using Microsoft Classic Jigsaw for many weeks with no problems and along the way have amassed 40 collections.     Microsoft Jigsaw is not playing on Windows 8


    I have been using Microsoft Classic Jigsaw for many weeks with no problems and along the way have amassed 40 collections. Yesterday the app started to freeze and I had to keep restarting it. Got to the point where it would freeze
    after only about 25 seconds so I asked for online help. Everything that was suggested I have tried with no luck. I was instructed to uninstall the game and then reinstall it but it will not now reinstall. I have lost all the collections and would like some
    help to get them all back.

    0xC03F300D error code logging in to Microsoft Mahjong

    I get this error code when starting up jigsaw and mahjong on windows 10.

    On the laptop with windows 8 they still work.

    The other microsoft games like minesweep en solitaire and jackpot all work fine under 10 and 8.

    These titles were delisted late last year but have still been playable for existing owners. That's set to end on April 5th, so you're on the clock now if you still have achievements left to mop up in any of these games. The Windows 10, MSN Games, iOS, and Android versions of these games remain unaffected, but not all of those support achievements. Since last we reported on this closure, Taptiles (Win 8) has been added to the list, while Microsoft Bingo will be closing on all platforms on the same day.
