Microsoft Jigsaw is freezing very fustrating HELP

i'm also having this problem. The little pop-up ad screen goes white, everything freezes, I minimize my game and everything closes. I have to reopen the game and start again where I left off. It's really irritating and it makes the game timer useless.

I don't play jigsaw, but Microsoft Sudoku freezes as I am playing the game. Games freeze, then the game closes itself. Very frustrating when playing a game and have to start over and over to complete one game. Please fix Microsoft Sudoku for all of us
to continue using it.

cant play jigsaw anymore. freezes and x's itself out. anybody know of another good jigsaw app game I can get. since, Microsoft doesn't seem to be interested in fixing these issues.

Unpin the game from the taskbar and start. Then uninstall the game

completely. Go in thru Microsoft Store and reinstall the game. You'll

have to go into collections and click on the download buttons, but

you'll get everything back.
