Microsoft jigsaw has started disappearing since the beginning of the month

I have exactly the same problem: all my downloaded jigsaws have disappeared and so is my progress if I download them again. This has been going on since last month.

I agree. It has said loading on the jigsaws since the 1st of the month.

I'm doing mlb the show 21 through a game pass.

but one day, my character suddenly disappeared from the game and I couldn't play the game because it started from the beginning.

Since then, it has continued to restart, but the problem has not been solved.

On Windows 10 pull up the start menu

Locate Microsoft Jigsaw then right click, then click on More, then click on App settings.

In the App settings screen for Microsoft Jigsaw turn off the permissions for Camera, Documents, and Background apps.

Then click the Terminate button, exit the App settings screen, then start the Microsoft Jigsaw app. This process has worked for me

several times when after a Windows Update has occurred, Jigsaw experiences the black screen spinning wheel scenario.

Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw
