    Microsoft Jigsaw has deleted my collections


    Hi! It's been about couple months since I have played the Jigsaw last time and just logged in and all my collections are gone and so is my Gold bars. I had about 200k or 300k of bars and now I have only 1500. I really wouldn't like to start collecting all
    of them back from the scratch. is there nothing that you can do?

    Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.

    I recommend trying the
    Windows Update Troubleshooter.

    Hey ZonateChalk421! You can purchase new collections in the classic jigsaw, the collections in jigsaw jam are the only ones available in that section. Thanks!
