Microsoft Jigsaw hangs when advertisement loads

Hi,

I have playing the puzzle game for quite some time now and it used to work just fine. However, I have been facing an issue for the past few days.

Whenever the advertisement in the bottom right corner changes, the game hangs and for a moment it looks that the timer has also stopped however, when the advertisement loads completely, the timer jumps to reflect the delay.

For e.g. if I've spent 11 mins and 20 seconds on a puzzle and the ad has to change, the game will hang and at that time and I am unable to move any of the puzzle pieces. Also if the ad takes 10 seconds to load, once the game resumes the timer will skip to
11 mins 30 seconds. This also happens during the Jigsaw jam mode (which is timed).

This issue has been annoying me a lot since the ad changes very frequently which makes it pretty impossible for me to play the game. Honestly, I am not one of those would consider spending Rs. 640 for one year just for disabling the ads. Also, I have almost
40,000 coins which I don't want to lose by re-installing the game.

A solution to this issue (which does not require upgrading to the premium version) would be greatly appreciated.

Microsoft Jigsaw

Microsoft jigsaw locks up on my pc. I cant move and place the pieces. This starts happening when the advertisement for black Friday car sales comes up. Then the next advertisement doesn't load for several minutes and I am unable to move the pieces. When
the next advertisement finally loads, I am able to move the puzzle pieces until the car advertisement loads and then it is locked up again. It is NOT fun.

 

Microsoft Jigsaw daily challenges will not load.

I go to play the jigsaw daily challenges, but they will not load after the advertisement has finished.

 

I to have been having this exact problem. I have seen this in several of my clients devices as well. I have noticed the animated ads seem to cause this but cannot find any ways to set the ad choices to static ads only.
