  1. Microsoft Jigsaw hangs after some time


    While playing the Microsoft Jigsaw puzzle, it hangs and so become unresponsive after every 10 minutes or even less. I have to close it and reopen the puzzle to start playing again. Thus I not only lose 3-4 minutes every time but it is very irritating to
    do so. I do not want to reinstall it as I will surely lose all the points accumulated as well as the puzzles purchased so far. In other words, I will have to start from scratch.

    Please let me know how to overcome this problem.

    i can not log to JigSaw

    I can not log to JigSaw after last large update of Windows 10 Home Edition (Version 1703, build 15063.483).

    It display error message like

    This purchase item from the application is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw [CV:LVnmsPsXP0K0te/8.61.2]

    and process o logging is no finished.

    It displays for long time "Signing in" or after long time "not signed"

    I try to uninstall and again install Jigsaw a I got the some error.

    please help me

    Microsoft jigsaw has been hanging for a long time. I have quit trying to play the challenger games because when Jigsaw hangs the clock timer would continue to clock down. This makes it very hard to play the games, that are a timed challenge, because you
    always lose. I've notice that the game seems to hang on ADs that are stream for a long time. This would indicate that jigsaw and the ADs don't get along on long streaming ADs.

    Since this has been going on a long time I would have thought that whoever is responsible for the game would have fixed it by now.

    I would hope that Microsoft and X-Box can figure this out and get it corrected.

    Lost all collections in Microsoft Jigsaw!

    Even after looking for some time I have not found a way to contact support.

    The support link in Microsoft Store for Jigsaw points to Facebook (#fail) which I do not use.

    Hi,

    after have experienced again the total block of the application the 2nd of January, I checked Windows event logs and I noticed that every time I had problems with Microsoft Jigsaw, the system recorded also issues with LiveComm.exe and wwahost.exe belonging
    both to microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps.

    Following what written in some Microsoft's forums, I uninstalled Mail, Calendar, Peoples and Microsoft Jigsaw apps, I restarted the system and I re-installed the apps. From that time no more issues!

    jigsaw puzzle does not work, black screen

    On Windows 10 pull up the start menu

    Locate Microsoft Jigsaw then right click, then click on More, then click on App settings.

    In the App settings screen for Microsoft Jigsaw turn off the permissions for Camera, Documents, and Background apps.

    Then click the Terminate button, exit the App settings screen, then start the Microsoft Jigsaw app. This process has worked for me

    several times when after a Windows Update has occurred, Jigsaw experiences the black screen spinning wheel scenario.

    I have been having a problem using Microsoft Jigsaw while I'm connected to the internet. The program will launch, but will hang while it is syncing with the server. Jigsaw works fine when I'm not connected to the internet, but now I need to download

    Hi Bill Berg,

    I have heard also that turning off your internet connection does solve the issue as far as synching goes if it is getting stuck there. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw? If not I would recommend that, also just so you know it
    will take time for your points history to show up and you might lose some saved puzzles. Maybe try to reinstall and download the puzzles and then play offline only. Hope this helps :)
