Microsoft jigsaw games

Why does my jigsaw games on x box fail to load. Firstly I am in Australia and if you go to Micro face book you will see many many complaints about this. I tried to find face book Australia to get help but seems No to that. I found out from a complaint
I sent and received a reply to give details and time for an appointment as they would ring me. Replied that I was in Australia and it did not seem I was the only one having trouble but would give my details if still required - no reply only a message about
the error code which has never come up on my site and no help in searching for it..

This has been going on for ages and many complaints on face book etc. I am sure no one ever reads the complaints or update this or any sites --I found on a Microsoft site for x box to go to face book and follow the error message - not a thing on the page.

My jigsaw x box site - After many attempts I may get through to my games - but I first have to go through - no registered then I am then after this I get weird numbers for my points of gold click on the games panel and I get a few of my games and these are
old games never the new ones. At first if I clicked on a game and then clicked back I would eventually get through. Now it takes repeated tries and if lucky I will get to my full games but can never get through your games ads. I get a black page and eventually
a small image on the bottom left of the screen of a Sherlock series -your message to click for no adds which does not work then it all drops out and goes back to my PC screen. I got a message saying go to Microsoft jigsaw FAQ@ - nothing after @ -& refer
to error code 200019. Have never seen an error code and this message does not help as I cannot find anything about it that is helpful. Also got something of version 1607- select Winver from list of results which I have done- then see version of build of windows
- clicked on everything but no version of anything. My last search gave me information on my attempts this morning - correct details and at the end of the data said pending. I filled in my details to be advised when corrected which I was but still no jigsaw
site. Microsoft is so large why are we having such trouble with this site and why no response to our complaints on face book. All other games work. Seems nearly every time we get an update something happens- maybe your system is not compatible with Australia
- one time after update printers did not work.

Am an aged person and not an computer expert but do understand direction and not 1 on any of your site is one able to follow- most are not on the advised settings.
