Microsoft Jigsaw games and coins missing, also not allowing me to sign in.

Greetings,

I have read the threads of all the other people having problems with jigsaw. I am having the same issues. I followed all the suggestions, but am still unable to sign in to Xbox games. I like to reboot my computer to reduce the hanging I experience on occasion.
This always used to fix the problems. This time I got a whole parcel of new problems. Firstly my 300,000 coins disappeared, along with all my purchased games. I purchased Premium access several years ago.

I followed the suggestions of resetting the Xbox app, then I reset the Microsoft Jigsaw (both in System Apps & features) then rebooted, and I now have more problems. Firstly, it won't let me sign in. I have only 6755 coins, which is what I had before upgrading
to Premium. If I click on Classic Jigsaws, I can then re-download all the collections again, but as I cannot sign in, I now cannot afford to download them all again, and do not want to. Strangely, it recognizes that I have Premium access. I also don't want
to set up another Xbox account as that does not solve the issue of the missing coins that can only be accessed by signing in with my login!

There have been so many people on different platforms who have complained about the same issues I am having, and all of these issues cropped up as a result of a recent Microsoft upgrade, therefor there must be a fault in the latest upgrade that needs to
be addressed by Microsoft Jigsaw. Please advise what I can do, and if there is a work-around.

I have the same problem with the Puzzles as well as some links have large print and some have very small print I have glaucoma so set print as 125 percent Now it is all over the board no consistency. Problem started 8/18/20 after an update.

I am using a Windows 10 PC to play the Jigsaw app.

It always said it was signing in so I assumed the app was signing into the cloud storage of game info.

When my PC crashed, I was actively playing Jigsaw, Solitaire Collection, Bingo and Mahjong games. All the others restored appropriately and I have all the coins and levels I had before. Just Jigsaw was not done correctly.

In the Microsoft Jigsaw puzzle game you can use the coins to purchase puzzles.

I think that we should be able to use the coins in the other games for things like purchasing new themes or for things in the MS store or Xbox Avatar store.

Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw

The same thing happened with me with the London collection. I hit download, it took my coins and it started downloading and stopped 3/4 of the way. So now I'm out 5100 coins and no London jigsaw puzzle.
