    Since about November 15th, 2018 my account seems not to be synced anymore.

    I searched online a lot for solutions, but nothing helped so far.

    All the typical stuff like:

    -Check the Windows Store for a game update and install it

    -Restart your PC

    -Uninstall this app and reinstall it

    -Be sure to run Windows update and install all available updates, some of which may require a system restart.

    Whatever puzzle I solve, when I log on at another device the progress isn't there. Also when I unistall Jigsaw on the original device and reinstall it, the progress is gone too.

    I installed the game on 2 other computers. After loging on to my Microsoft account, the game syncs the score (1934400 gold bars) and enables the puzzles that i have played free till approx. November 15th 2018.

    When I then play one puzzle, give the game some time to sync, uninstall and re-install it – it again syncs a score of 19344400 gold bars, and the previously played puzzle is marked as not-played again.

    As it happens on different types of devices (PC, notebook, tablet) I am pretty sure, it's not a client issue.

    I also contacted Xbox support, but they redirected me to the game developer (Arkadium). And they redirected me to this forum.

    It' really frustrating beeing pushed around with such a problem for weeks!

    I have been experiencing exactly the same problem for several months. Across 3 PCs I have completely different states of play even though I am using the same Xbox account across all 3. Nobody seems interested in fixing what is evidently a software/system
    bug. Wake up Microsoft and do something!!

    Hi, yes, all the troubleshooting has been done. What we are left with now is the knowledge that Microsoft Jigsaw is the only game that does not sync across devices. On my main desktop PC I have (most of my) daily challenge badges (bronze, silver, gold).
    But all 3 other PC's (2 desktop, 1 laptop) show ZERO badges. All the other programs manage to sync across devices. Jigsaw is the only game that does not sync across devices anymore after the MS games server crashed. Telephone support did not solve anything
    for that. They feel the jigsaw team should handle this. But the jigsaw team is cloaked in silence and do not answer my questions.

    cant play jigsaw anymore. freezes and x's itself out. anybody know of another good jigsaw app game I can get. since, Microsoft doesn't seem to be interested in fixing these issues.
