Microsoft Jigsaw Game Progress

I have lost all of my daily challenges through July 23 on Microsoft Jigsaw. I kept getting error messages, etc., and talked to support and I got my game going again, but, lost everything. Most importantly, I lost all of my progress in the classic jigsaw
area. I had done ALL of the pictures from easy through hard and was working on the expert when this happened. I probably played about 250 expert games, too. Is there any way I can get this progress back? I will not start over again after all I had accomplished.

I have just discovered that I have somehow lost all my saved progress in the Jigsaw Jam section of Microsoft Jigsaw. While I understand that this is the Microsoft Jigsaw forum, I have also lost game progress in Microsoft Mahjong. What happened that I lost
all my progress?

easy to play, but will be challenging to master.

Custom Puzzles

Xbox Live Integration

Sign in with your Microsoft account to earn achievements, compete with your friends on the leaderboards, and track your personal gameplay statistics. If you sign in with a Microsoft account, your progress is stored in the cloud so you can play the game on
any device without missing a beat!

Q: Do I need to be connected to the internet or online to play?

A: If you're planning to be in an area with no online coverage, such as a plane ride or a road trip, you can prepare you Windows 10 device by placing it into offline mode. Visit the

Keep in mind that if you play offline, some features will not be available. Such as leaderboards and the ability to purchase content. If you earn any Achievements while playing offline, they will sync to your account the next time you sign in online
to your Xbox Live account on your device. You game save progress will also sync when you sign in to Xbox Live as well.

Q: When I launch the game, I can't sign into Xbox Live. Does this matter?

A: The short answer is yes. This prevents you from accessing your achievements, game progress and other game data saved in the cloud. If you can't sign in, you won't be able to save your progress or achievements. If you're having issues connecting to Xbox

We understand you are having issues with syncing your Microsoft Jigsaw data between logoff and logon modes. Let's work on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

To sync your progress data from logoff mode to logon mode in Microsoft Jigsaw, you need to make sure that you are signed in to your Xbox account in both modes.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Open Microsoft Jigsaw in logoff mode and make sure that you are signed in to your Xbox account. You can do this by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen, then clicking on "Settings" and selecting "Sign in."

2. Once you are signed in, play a few puzzles to make sure that your progress data is saved.

3. Close Microsoft Jigsaw and open it again in logon mode. Make sure that you are signed in to your Xbox account in this mode as well.

4. Your progress data should automatically sync between the two modes. If you don't see all of your puzzles and progress data in logon mode, try restarting the game or signing out and signing back in to your Xbox account.

Hi mate try uninstalling and reinstalling the game see if it sorts itself out .

I'm unable to find "Microsoft Jigsaw Cacti" or the "017-000" error code that you're referring too but I will continue to investigate. Is this the game that you're referring too? It is possible that there is a new version of the game:
