    Microsoft Jigsaw Game is freezing up


    I reviewed the discussion board on this subject and I found that I am not the only one. Is there an update for this game that has not been filtered down? I recently had to restore my PC and reinstalled all of my games. I was attempting to work on Jigsaw
    and I saw that only two puzzles were in my collection. I went into the downloadable collections and found them and tried downloading them. It was preparing to download the puzzle and then it took me back to my Windows home page.

    Please provide some assistance with this problem. It would be greatly appreciated.

    Microsoft Jigsaw is freezing up.

    Microsoft Jigsaw freezes up while I am trying to play. It happens when the Ads in the box in the lower right hand corner of the screen has no Ad showing in it. The box goes black and then I can't move the pieces around. What is going on?

    cant play jigsaw anymore. freezes and x's itself out. anybody know of another good jigsaw app game I can get. since, Microsoft doesn't seem to be interested in fixing these issues.
