    Microsoft Jigsaw Freezing


    Judging from the comments, this is a wide spread problem. Posted complaints will get a generic response to check their systems. From what I have experienced, only Microsoft Jigsaw and Microsoft Suduko display this problem and seems to be related to the way
    ads are handled. If the ad box goes black the game will freeze until another ad is displayed. In doing the dailies I noticed that at times a blank white screen in the ad box is display, this does not affect the game play.

    Game freezing up constantly

    cant play jigsaw anymore. freezes and x's itself out. anybody know of another good jigsaw app game I can get. since, Microsoft doesn't seem to be interested in fixing these issues.

    Unpin the game from the taskbar and start. Then uninstall the game

    completely. Go in thru Microsoft Store and reinstall the game. You'll

    have to go into collections and click on the download buttons, but

    you'll get everything back.

    Try resetting the app:

    Open Settings.

    Go to System > Apps & features.

    Find an app you want to reset, and click on Advanced options.

    Just click the Reset button.
