Microsoft Jigsaw Freezing when Certain Adds Show

First, I do want to say that I love this game. It's so relaxing, and I've killed more time than I probably should have in it. However, now it's starting to freeze when certain ads show. It seems to be the full box ads, like the NBA and the one with the sailboat/yacht
that are doing it. The smaller ads don't seem to cause it. It's not my network connection as other online services are running fine, and it shouldn't be an issue with graphics since I'm able to run other (much more demanding) games with no problems. When I
played a few weeks ago, I didn't have this issue. I tried looking at the suggested troubleshooting threads that some posters have left in other discussions, but that hasn't resolved it. I hope this is something that can be resolved.

Hi, yes, I've seen that post, and it wasn't very helpful. I'm logged in properly, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I've run the troubleshooter which said there was an issue with the Store credentials or something but it wasn't able to solve it
and there doesn't seem to be any information on how to do that. If you can suggest anything else, I've be happy to try it.

 

So, I just wanted to do an update.

Tonight I did the following:

• Uninstalled/Reinstalled the game
• Contacted Microsoft Chat support
• Ran the App troubleshooter (cashe issue that showed as "Fixed")
• Reset the app settings
• Ran network troubleshooting
• Reset my network settings

The lag issue still remains. Today's ad that seems to hang is the one for GlassesUSA.com. I'm a little surprised that this is the case, since this just appears to be a plain graphic vs a video ad, but my game appeared to freeze on this one and then suddenly
crashed on me. Last week's games were fine, with only a little lag towards the end of the week. The only change is in the ads that are displaying during play.

@Developers - If you need to make this a paid app, please JUST SAY SO. I would be happy to pay a fee for this app, but I refuse to be forced into that option through poorly implemented ads.
