Microsoft Jigsaw freezes

Discus and support Microsoft Jigsaw freezes in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have played this for years with no troubles then started to have problems about 3 weeks ago when a puzzle is complete and you hit collect rewards it...     Microsoft Jigsaw freezes


    I have played this for years with no troubles then started to have problems about 3 weeks ago when a puzzle is complete and you hit collect rewards it freezes and you go no further,why is this happening?

    Jigsaw Freeze

    Microsoft Jigsaw continually freezes up during play. Also will automatically close window when freezes up. Very frustrating. What are you doing to fix???

    Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle is a great app BUT it freezes in Win 10 regularly!! HELP!

    Microsoft Jigsaw freezes

    Unpin the game from the taskbar and start. Then uninstall the game

    completely. Go in thru Microsoft Store and reinstall the game. You'll

    have to go into collections and click on the download buttons, but

    you'll get everything back.

    Game freezing up constantly

    cant play jigsaw anymore. freezes and x's itself out. anybody know of another good jigsaw app game I can get. since, Microsoft doesn't seem to be interested in fixing these issues.

    Try resetting the app:

    Open Settings.

    Go to System > Apps & features.

    Find an app you want to reset, and click on Advanced options.

    Just click the Reset button.
