    Play on PC

    Windows 10

    After a few minutes of playing it freezes for a few seconds and then window closes.

    Jigsaw Freeze and Shut Down

    I have tried all suggested solutions; installed upgrades to Windows (none avail for Jigsaw), tried the wsreset and finally the uninstall/reinstall. Still freezes then closes. Please fix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

    Microsoft Jigsaw shuts down

    Why does Microsoft Jigsaw shut down while I am trying to solve the puzzle. It is very frustrating that it freezes up and shuts down in the middle of playing. I then have to restart the "Game" again. There are times that it does not save where it left
    off before it froze and shut down. Please let me know what I need to do to solve this problem. Do not tell me to delete the app and re-download it. I have too much money wrapped up in this current game.

    Let's start out by uninstalling the game followed by a PC restart. Once your PC boots back up, reinstall the game. Let us know if that helps clear up the issue for you Microsoft Jigsaw freezes and shuts down :)

    Game not loading

    Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

    All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up

    Freezes every few minutes

    I have the same issue with jigsaw and Soduko. It's tied to the ad box. When the ad box goes black everything stops. Then it shuts down. Microsoft, if you're not going to fix it, I'm going elsewhere for games...
