    Microsoft Jigsaw freezes and crashes


    Classics will only allow me to put a few pieces together and then freezes. I close Microsoft Jigsaw and then reopen it. It either crashes or opens to allow me to put 3 more pieces together and freezes again. Sad!

    For several days now Microsoft jigsaw doesn't work. Can not do the daily challenges or work any of the puzzles in my collections. Just freezes and then crashes. What's up with that?

    Game not loading

    Ditto here. All other games working, just Jigsaw. Started doing this Nov 5. Game starts, tries to load, freezes and crashes to task bar. I really love this game, too. One of the best jigsaw games I've tried.

    Yeah, that really won't help.

    They give you advise like check your drivers... it played OK before, so it ain't drivers.

    I downloaded the 'fix' tool, it did nothing but clear a cache ... an old useless fix Microsoft Jigsaw freezes and crashes :)

    The fix isn't on the users end.
