    Microsoft Jigsaw fails on Daily Challenge


    Hi - I'm running Microsoft Jigsaw under Windows 10 which has been fine for the past 2 years. All of a sudden in the daily challenges option the first 2 options, left and centre ones are fine however when I click on the third option (the right one) my PC
    starts loading the game (about 15%) and then just sits there and does nothing. It only happens on the third game everything else is fine but this problem started about 3 days ago. Any ideas?

    I can not start Jigsaw.

    I can not start Jigsaw. When I am clicking on one of the 3 daily challenges it fails

    Daily Challenges

    There is a problem with the Daily Challenges for Microsoft Jigsaw. It started for one day in January 2018 but now the whole of February 2018 fails to download. Any advice?

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.

    I have not been able to download the Microsoft Jigsaw game daily challenges since Sept 30. I have uninstalled and installed the game 3 different times & it still will not download the daily challenges.

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    I couldn't download daily challenges and new puzzles, either. Today I switched on "Let apps run in the background" (Settings->Privacy->Background apps) for Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Store and Xbox, and daily challenges finally started to work. Maybe this
    will help you, too.
