    Microsoft Jigsaw exsits after trying to start a puzzle


    I bought a Microsoft Surface and was playing Microsoft Jigsaw. The app worked great until i downloaded The Thailand pack. Now the app continuously crashes, even after reset and uninstall. I see some more packs that I would like to buy but I'm afraid the
    app will keep crashing. Anybody know what to do?

    freezing up

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

    My Microsoft Jigsaw freezes when I complete a puzzle and I have to start again. Why is this so?

    A forum is useless when no one answers the questions.

    Ok, since we've gotten no response from this forum, I went looking for a solution to the downloading puzzle problems. It's probably in your privacy settings.

    I found this solution in another support forum.

    1. Close Microsoft Jigsaw. 2. Go to settings. 3. Click on Privacy. 4. Click on Background Apps. 5. Turn on " Let apps run in the background, if it's off. 6. Scroll down to Microsoft Jigsaw and set it to "On"

    Now open Microsoft Jigsaw again and try to down load your puzzles again. If it doesn't work, restart your PC. Mine started working right after the restart. Good Luck.
