    Microsoft Jigsaw Error Code 002000


    I updated my PC to Windows 10 Patch 1607 and now am receiving the error: "There was a problem downloading the Daily Challenge Data. Please refer to error code 002000." I have tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Jigsaw, and renaming
    diskcache.bin . I still get the error.

    Is there a working fix for this problem?

    Error code 002000

    After a lengthy update (by Skype) my computer finds that I can no longer access the Jigsaw puzzle Daily Challenges (error code 002000). I had no trouble with Sudoku or Solitaire Collection. I appear to not be signed in to Xbox for this one game, although
    I was able to do the other jigsaw puzzles.
