    Microsoft Jigsaw- Easy Fix


    I uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw then reinstalled it and all of the puzzle packs downloaded with no problem. Including all the ones I just purchased with my coins. Make sure you have all your information linked with Microsoft Xbox

    FIX Microsoft Jigsaw!!!!

    Everywhere I go, the same complaints as I have ... I can't login to Microsoft Jigsaw (after a Windows update?) anymore and have lost many downloaded puzzles and points for getting more puzzles. Is anyone trying to fix this? Does anyone care? I have seen
    absolutely NO RESPONSE anywhere I go to complain.

    microsoft jigsaw hasn't work for three weeks now. ready to get rid of it. microsoft do something.

    Microsoft jigsaw isn't working always downloading. Microsoft should fix it.

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team is here to assist with the situation, based on the information provided I would suggest that we uninstall Microsoft jigsaw and Microsoft solitaire. Then Reinstall Microsoft jigsaw and see if this fixes the issue. If this doesn't

    We understand that there is an issue with trying to launch Microsoft Jigsaw.

    Game freezing up constantly

    cant play jigsaw anymore. freezes and x's itself out. anybody know of another good jigsaw app game I can get. since, Microsoft doesn't seem to be interested in fixing these issues.

    Decided to try uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw. This fixed the problem. Maybe it will work for others too.
