Microsoft Jigsaw downloads

@StaidCastle333: Have you tried any of the solutions from our FAQ, such as resetting the Store cache, running the Windows Update troubleshooter, etc.? You should also run a speed test on your connection and let us know what your download speed is.

 

It is now October and Jigsaw Collections still do not download and restarts do not solve the problem. All Windows updates have been installed.

 

I have decided to strop playing MS Jigsaw. It has done nothing but cause problems for the last2 months. First, I lost all my collections and points (120,000+). So I decided to start all over after getting no satisfaction from Support. I reloaded the
game, and went along my merry way, until last night. I went to download a collection (bought) and it didn't download. So....I went through the fact, put a message on facebook, and have no answer nor solution.

I have been using MS products since 1991, and it seems that support has gone from excellent to "we don't give a ***". To bad, as I still like the product overall

 

Yep. Now mid-October. Always crashed when I finished a puzzle and then tried to open a new one; I had to re-open the program every time I wanted to do the next puzzle. I have bought a dozen or so new collections since I started Jigsaw (with upgrade to Windows
10), but now I have the same problem others mention, namely that my account has been charged, but the collections will not download. After clicking the "Download" button, the square picture for the puzzle says, "Downloading..." but nothing happens --download
indicator bar never gets any color (I've waited as much as an hour). I've been trying for a couple of weeks now to get the two collections I most recently purchased. I've done Windows updates, program restarts, PC restarts, and driver updates.

 

Unable to download most of the Daily Challenges for the entire month of November. Most days in the calendar just show the "dots in a circle" waiting symbol. going to a particular day and clicking on Jigsaw Jammer goes to the download screen but the download
status bar only goes so far and then stalls. Where do I look? Others in the family have no problem downloading and playing Daily Challenges on this same computer running Windows 10

 

just used 80% of my coins to purchase 3 new jigsaw Collections. None of them will download to my Windows tablet. I either need a fix or a refund. Any fix for this yet or a number to call?

 

It won't let me sign into my account either. I have tried for the past three days to sign in. and it keeps telling me to sign in and manage my account I wish this would be fixed after I got my bronze badge that I got 12 bronze badges it will not sign me
in. I hope this will be fixed soon.

 

I'm having a similar problem but I can't download anything. I left my PC on for 3 days and the progress bar hasn't moved.

I've searched for a solution but it must be on the server end. I'll keep trying but something tells me it could be a very long time if even at all.

 

How do we get the downloads to completely download? This is an irritating problem.

 

I was busy downloading a few last week, but the game crashed and now I cannot get into downloadable collections at all. Every time I click it, the timer just turns and then the game crashes.

 

Hi All - is this where I come to post about how downloading puzzles doesn't work, but yet taking my earned coins for the download does? And also to read about how everyone else has this issue? And to find that there is nothing done about it even when you
try all the suggestions that are given? That's pretty much all I see here, so now can anyone direct me to someone who can actually solve the issue?
