Microsoft Jigsaw downloads

Hi. I played enough games in Jigsaw to buy more Collections with points earned, so I bought another Collection, only to find it will only download to three quarters and then stop. I also tried to download some of the free Collections, but they did the same.
How come this is happening??

Welcome to the club... this has happened to me since I got the game on my laptop. Over about six months I have succeeded in downloading only 3 additional collections with each of them taking many attempts. I can be sitting right next to my router with
all software updated and it still happens. The download status used to go to 100% and just sit there; after the most recent Jigsaw update it now goes to 80% and just sits there. Not sure I would call that progress.

Interestingly, on my tablet which I took with me on a recent trip to the USA, while over there I was able to download about 9 collections with no problem. On return here, I have the same old download problem on that tablet that I have always had on my laptop
in Australia. The collection downloads and status just sits there and doesn't convert into a collection in the program. I now have 10 collections I have purchased that say 'Download' on them but I am unable to successfully download any of them.

I think I'll have to wait for my next trip to the USA and download all of them there on my tablet...

Maybe one day they will fix this for the non USA people.

 

Houndsofshadow, this sounds like a connectivity issue. Please try using a stable wired connection to see if this resolves the download issue.

Do the Collections appear after you select Restart on your device? It is important that you restart instead of shutting down and booting up your device afterwards.

 

I have the same issue using Win 10 TP build 10041. Before with previous build, there was no issues. Looks like if software not able to download straight in one shot. is not able to reload from previous interruption. Second problem, if I turn my pc to tablet
mode full screen, Jigsaw and all other Microsoft similar games crashes, only able to play on window mode

Cannot sign in to my account to play this game for the past 3 days.

I can however sign into Xbox.com without any issues.

 

Yeah, it seems that every other Tech Preview update seems to break all the modern apps. Since upgrading to 10041, none of the modern apps work with out crashing. In the case of all the Microsoft games, they refuse to log into the Xbox account. Puzzle
will not download any puzzles and app crashes if you try.

 

IndyLateNite, this is a known issue that a fix should be released for.

I purchased 2 collections:

2015-05-18 Boats And Ships Complete *** $1.94

2015-05-17 Trains Complete*** $1.94

They do not show up for download... I followed the Forums and FAQ's without success. My sign-in is fine, however Microsoft Solitaire does not recognize my sign-ins... any suggestions?

What happens when you try to log into Solitaire? Resolving your sign in issue might resolve this problem.

 

I was unable to resolve the sign-in issues despite numerous attempts. However, upon installation of Build 10030 my Solitaire signed in without issue. Microsoft Jigsaw also signed in correctly but the 2 newly purchased collections were not available for download,
although all the other of my previous collections downloaded without incident... any suggestions?

 

Please see if selecting Restart on your device makes them show up.

 

I am getting so frustrated that I am giving up on XBOX. I have tried calling the number 1-877-274-4349 for 4 days at exhausting intervals and all I get is a busy signal. I can no longer get the daily challenges to download, I have bought collections that
will not download either. I can sometimes sign in to the store and when downloading new games they only go to 80% and stop. Some of my other games like solitaire and casino still work which is confusing. Will there be a fix to the store and Microsoft Jigsaw
Puzzles soon??
