    Unable to download paid for collections for the last couple of weeks. Is anyone at Microsoft paying attention to this forum?

    Jigsaw download issues

    It is past time that Microsoft address the issue of Jigsaw failing to download as is evident by so many comments on this site. Fix it now. This is your responsibility, If you cannot fix it, let us know and we will uninstall the program. Again, FIX IT
    NOW.

    Microsoft Jigsaw not running right today.

    Very fed up. Microsoft Jigsaw mostly doesn't load at all, sometimes it does and wants to download a free app, which then fails to load. It won't let me sign in. This is all very frustrating.

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Microsoft Jigsaw not running right today.

    Very fed up. Microsoft Jigsaw mostly doesn't load at all, sometimes it does and wants to download a free app, which then fails to load. It won't let me sign in. This is all very frustrating.

    Plus, on the rare occasion it does load, most of the puzzle collections I have already downloaded do not show. I am not a premium user.
