Discus and support Microsoft Jigsaw daily challenges won't open in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Can you please help, some of the jigsaw daily challenges won't open.     Microsoft Jigsaw daily challenges won't open


    Can you please help, some of the jigsaw daily challenges won't open. When I click on today's bug catcher, the whole game closes. The same thing happened yesterday with the lock breaker challenge.

    Some daily challenges never open

    New month, already there's a daily challenge which shuts Jigsaw down, every time.

    Challenges for Oct4: can't open Lock Breaker, animation runs for ~5sec, Microsoft Jigsaw crashes. repeat ad nauseam.

    Daily challenge won't open so I haven't played since 31. january.

    I-m apperently not alone with this problem!

    So find the bug so we all can do jigsaw again.

    me too. Happened following a reinstall of Windows 10. Seems to only effect the Daily Challenges and the Events. Additionally, MS Jigsaw daily games won't finish loading.

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.

    I have not been able to download the Microsoft Jigsaw game daily challenges since Sept 30. I have uninstalled and installed the game 3 different times & it still will not download the daily challenges.

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?
