    Microsoft Jigsaw daily challenges have had a screen crush and shift


    I have noticed since the end of July Jigsaw Update that the Microsoft Jigsaw screen has had an issue.

    Jigsaw now has a settings option on the home page.... (this is not the issue)

    The Daily challenge screen now is compressed and shifted to the Left.

    If you use the Jigsaw Jammer option the puzzles are also shifted left and when you attempt to insert the last piece the puzzle jumps to the centre of the screen....

    You need to click the other options under the daily challenges more than once to get them to open.

    Do you have any advice on how to get support for this as there no longer appears to be a support page under Microsoft games.

    Microsoft Jigsaw no longer downloads

    That's odd. I just went into the Daily Challenges section of Microsoft Jigsaw, and each of the screens mentioned finished downloading almost immediately.

    I even got a notification saying: "All Daily Challenges for the current month have been downloaded.

    Have you tried signing out, restarting the computer, and signing back into the game already?

    I have not been able to download the Microsoft Jigsaw game daily challenges since Sept 30. I have uninstalled and installed the game 3 different times & it still will not download the daily challenges.

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.

    Jigsaw still down

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    Haven't touched the game for a while so as a test I did redownload and tried the daily myself and I had no issues too so I guess at least we can exclude a general issue on the game.
