Discus and support Microsoft Jigsaw - Daily challenge badges and coins not syncing in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I searched online but nothing helped so far - one suggestion was to post on the Microsoft Casual Games Community but Jigsaw is not listed in the games...     Microsoft Jigsaw - Daily challenge badges and coins not syncing


    I searched online but nothing helped so far - one suggestion was to post on the
    Microsoft Casual Games Community but Jigsaw is not listed in the games from the support tab.

    I have jigsaw set up on two windows 10 PC's ... completed puzzles, daily challenge badges and coins are not syncing between the two PC's

    Whatever puzzle I solve, when I log on at another device the progress isn't there.

    When I then play one puzzle, give the game some time to sync - the gold bars seem to sync but nothing else.

    I still have the same issue and have not found any support

    I have found that going back to the menu before exiting and making sure i have a connection before i exit has improved it.. but also notice that if it gets out of sync it seems to stay wrong until the following month.

    The other thing i found is to make sure i run jigsaw on the other device before month end otherwise the months data does not sync and can not be recovered.

    Did the Daily challenges synced before? I'm trying to find more information meanwhile. While edit ASAP.

    EDIT : I'm not finding any good information about this. Their Twitter has been inactive for more than a year. I would try contacting them via the Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/microsoftsolitaire )
    to know if they are aware of this bug.
    I am having the same issue. I use two Surface devices. They both show June 1st complete, but the one I normally use shows completed every day through today. I have Reset the app, rebooted, uninstalled the app, rebooted and then reinstalled. No change. The number
    of gold bars does get synced.
