    On one of my Windows 10 computers I can't log in to Microsoft Jigsaw, I get a dialog "Choose another item" "This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw [CV:vk6N2amsxUKscmFq.34.2]. I have run the App troubleshooter and uninstalled
    and re-installed to no avail. My laptop signs in OK to the same account.

    I can't sign in to Microsoft Jigsaw

    Since October 1st, when I launch Microsoft Jigsaw I get an Error CHOOSE ANOTHER ITEM

    This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw.

    I have uninstalled and then re-installed the App, but nothing has changed. How can I fix this?

    ALL of my completed puzzles have been reset + In-app purchase not available error

    All of my completed puzzles have been reset. Also getting error message: "Choose another item - This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw". What gives Microsoft? Took me a lot of time to complete those.

    not able to upgrade to premium

    I've been having this problem for a few days now. Every time I try I get a message. Choose another item. This in app purchase item is no longer available in microsoft jigsaw. Followed by a different error code every single attempt. Hope this is fixed
    soon.

    MICROSOFT TREASURE HUNT PROBLEM

    I get this message: Choose another item. This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Treasure Hunt [CV: 5Y8jpQB4KEKhY39+.20.2] when I try to sign in. I am already signed in to Xbox live and Microsoft Solitaire. I get a similar message
    with all the game apps beneath the solitaire games, each with a different code. All my achievements for my previous play are still recorded on Xbox live but I can't play any of the games. How can this be fixed?

    Unfortunately this can be an internal application problem. It may be related to the way Microsoft communicates with its servers. It may be temporary or may require an update of the application. In both cases, the solution is to wait.
