    Microsoft Jigsaw, can't sign in


    Microsoft Jigsaw tries to sign me in, but I get an error message saying it can't sign me in. This message doesn't give an error no.

    It also said to try signing into XBOX and then to reopen MS Jigsaw. This doesn't work either--tried it several times. Now I paid for this game to get the premium version. So I need someone to help me get into it.

    What is up with these games?

    I can't sign into Microsoft jigsaw any more. In fact, I can't sign into any of my Microsoft games. Don't know why. Disappointed. Played every day

    Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw

    Had a long online chat with xbox support who sent me to windows support who sent me back to xbox support who sent me to the forum. Waste of time. No support seems to be paying attention to this and obviously it has been going on much longer. Time it was
