    Hello, I've had the reset my computer and install Windows 10 again. When I did I downloaded and installed Microsoft Jigsaw. But the App won't login into my Xbox account. That was earlier, but now when I try to click on the app it won't even open...I need
    help getting my app to wok again, with my account signed in too...

    Jigsaw cannot sign into Xbox so no purchased puzzles, achievements, etc

    My wife is an avid Jigsaw player and starting a week or so ago, Jigsaw says it cannot log into the Xbox service, so her purchases and achievements are gone on all her computers. All her other Microsoft games (Solitaire, MahJong, etc) work fine and are able
    to sign into the Xbox service. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, deleting and re-creating her profile on the computer, and opening the Xbox app and then opening the Jigsaw game from there. Nothing works. It's not a connectivity issue
    and all her other games that go through the Xbox service are working fine, she can log into Live and the Xbox app and all other services just fine.

    Microsoft Sudoku Log In Issue

    I recently downloaded the Microsoft Sudoku game, and it won't allow me to log in to my Xbox account. When I click to sign in, it says I must accept the updated Terms Of Service by opening the Xbox app. I open the app, and nothing happens. Anyone know where
    I need to go or what I need to do?

    Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games don't work since few days on PC ( and I'd payed for it!)

    Go to the Store and install another Microsoft game. Like Mahjong or Jigsaw.

    Start that game and when you are logged in to Xbox Live, start Solitaire while leaving the Mahjong or Jigsaw game open.

    Worked for me.

    Add a new local admin account, login open app (it should open login page) logout, delete account after confirming Xbox app works on your original account. This worked for me.

    Cant sign in the game.

    Same issue.

    But - other Microsoft games have no issues.

    Microsoft ultimate word, and Microsoft jigsaw both login without any issue.

    Within solitaire - main screen shows I am not logged in - playing as guest - but clicking on the xbox icon to left of guest - opens xbox app which logs in fine.

    The only thing that will not login to xbox live is solitaire. This only started yesterday.

    I have gone through everything on the error checking page - none of the suggested solutions make any difference.

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.
