same thing happened to me, I've been playing jigsaw and treasure hunt for years and now neither will work! urggg, it's so annoying!

Error Code 0x803F8001

As of yesterday 7/7/17, I can no longer access Minesweeper or Jigsaw. It said to reference the error code: 0x803F8001 when looking for support. Both games have the same error code. Thanks

Microsoft Jigsaw

My Microsoft Jigsaw game stopped working and I got an error message, so I uninstalled it. It won't reinstall and gives me this error code. Code: 0x803F8001 The same thing happened with Magic Jigsaw and Jigsaw HD doesn't work either although I did not
uninstall it yet. It gives the same error code. What can I do.

- The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren't signed in and connected to Xbox Live;

- The game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, and that person is not signed in to the console;

- The game disc is not in the console.

Having same trouble here for almost 2 weeks. It is an ad for Magic Jigsaw Puzzles every time. Doesn't matter if I go into Treasure Hunt or the regular Minesweeper. Same thing happens.

Thanks for reaching out to us! So, when trying to play online "Treasure Hunt" will not work? What is the issue the game is experiencing exactly? Is there an error code or does the game crash? Please elaborate a little more so that we may assist you better.
Also, what platform is being used, the Xbox One, Xbox 360 or PC?

P.S. is this "Microsoft Treasure Hunt"?

This sign in problem is at the Microsoft end. After being locked out of Jigsaw, for two days; I found that on the third I could. I closed the app several times to check and was able to sign in no problem. That same day as a test I uploaded Treasure Hunt,
and was presented with a similar message (in-app purchase is no longer available etc.). The following day I could get into both. Over the last week I've been temporarily locked out of Jigsaw three times on three separate days. So the solution is to do nothing.
