    I have already had this problem last week with these games : error : "not connected" and, two days ago : everything has become normal as before. Today : the same problem as last week. There are years that I play with these games and it's the first time
    that it happens. What can I do ? Many thanks for your answer. Yours faithfully.

    Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft Jigsaw freeze up

    I don't play jigsaw, but Microsoft Sudoku freezes as I am playing the game. Games freeze, then the game closes itself. Very frustrating when playing a game and have to start over and over to complete one game. Please fix Microsoft Sudoku for all of us

    I am having the same problem loggig oto Microsoft Jigsaw. I can log on to Microsoft Solitare, Sudoku and Mahjong as well as Magic Puzzles. I log into all with my Microsoft log in and on the main Microsoft site. Please help.

    Hi, I have the same issue with both Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft Jigsaw - Era Slots advert plays, but does not close when finished.

    I do not wish to go premium, I just want the games to work properly!

    You could at least offer a paid ad free version of each game.

    I'm about to uninstall Microsoft Jigsaw and Sudoku because I am sick of the ads.
