    Microsoft Jigsaw Advertising


    Microsoft Jigsaw freezes up when there is no Advertising in the Lower right corner. It is very frustrating for the Jigsaw player to have to wait for advertising to show up before playing and be only able to play during the short time the advertising is
    displayed. It is coming to a point where I will terminate my Microsoft Jigsaw app.

    I do not mind the advertising and have used some of the advertisers. The advertisers should also be mad because they are being blamed for the freezing of the game. Many people will blame them and not the Microsoft programmers. Fix the problem! so the
    players and advertisers can have a enjoyable and profitable experience.

    Jigsaw do'snt start, when the advertising normaly coms, the game are stopped.

    Kan spel niet opstarten [cannot start game]

    Na het opstarten van het spel, komt er het zwarte scherm van de reclame, maar de reclame komt niet want ik wordt terug naar mijn startscherm gegooid! Andere Microsoftspellen gaan prima.

    Jigsaw al opnieuw geïnstalleerd maar het probleem blijft, wie kan mij helpen????

    IT is immoral to suggest pay for removal of advertisements to solve the problem!!

    Microsoft Jigsaw hangs when advertisement loads

    I to have been having this exact problem. I have seen this in several of my clients devices as well. I have noticed the animated ads seem to cause this but cannot find any ways to set the ad choices to static ads only.

    Regarding to your information I assume that when you play the Classis Jigsaw it will have an AD and you want to block it.

    According to our tests, it seems that there is always an advertisement displayed in the lower right corner when you play this game.

    This advertisement seems to be only removable by upgrading to the premium version. If it's not related to the advertisement,

    please send us a screenshot and use Win+F to provide feedback on this issue.

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    Same thing for me. It is getting really bad! Usually I would close out of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app, and restart it, then Jigsaw would open. Now it takes a half dozen or more times. It is truly becoming unplayable. This morning
    I have a puzzle at 36% complete, and I've been trying for about an hour to load Jigsaw to finish it to no avail. My PC is a beast, so it is not that my machine is under-powered. Also Jigsaw erases my progress of completed puzzles arbitrarily. So damn frustrating!
    This can't be that hard to fix. I think it has to do with the app loading an advertisement during these rotating circles thing.
