    Microsoft Jigsaw Ads Slowing Down and Stopping Game SUX!!!!!


    You are running an absolutely horrid ad this morning that stops the app from working every 10 seconds!!!! If you are trying to get people to upgrade to the premium version to avoid ads, shame on you for this tactic. Never has this been such a HUGE issue
    before!!!! Ads have slowed the progress before in running, but this is beyond ridiculous! I can't play the game this morning AT ALL due to the stop-action of this ad having to reload and reload and reload. A nightmare on your end. Again...if this is your ploy
    to get people to upgrade...I'll just stop playing.

    Skyscanner Ad is slowing and freezing the screen for Microsoft Sudoku and for Microsoft Jigsaw. Please fix it!

    Freezes every few minutes

    I have the same issue with jigsaw and Soduko. It's tied to the ad box. When the ad box goes black everything stops. Then it shuts down. Microsoft, if you're not going to fix it, I'm going elsewhere for games...

    Game not loading

    Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

    All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up

    The ads are locking up the game.

    Wanted to play the daily challenge games of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection 6/23/15. Clicked on the Tri-Peaks icon first. As usual, an ad started to play, but it stopped with just a black screen and froze. I uninstalled the game and restarted my computer.
    I then re-installed the collection and the same thing happened. I rebooted the computer today 6/24/15 and an ad came up and froze the screen black. Down at the bottom of the black screen you see a time bar set to 00 and an opportunity to upgrade to no ads.
    I tried playing the Jigsaw games and they worked fine. It's just the Microsoft Solitaire Collection for me so far. Please find a fix!!!

    I'm having the same problem. It is about time to FIX it! If this keeps up, I will NOT pay to get rid of the ads, I will quit first!
