    Microsoft Jigsaw: Additional troubleshooting guide


    Hey guys,

    Here's the additional troubleshooting guide that you can try if you ever encounter any issues with Microsoft Jigsaw.

    (Check if you have the latest operating system version installed)

    Settings > System > About
    OS Version should show version 1703 (Creator's Update). If not, you need to download the latest update here: Download Windows 10

    Click "Update now" on that page.

    (Windows Store App Troubleshooter)

    Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Store Apps > Run the troubleshooter
    (Reset App Data)

    This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Jigsaw > Advance options > Reset

    store says the game is installed but still not able to do any puzzles.
