    Microsoft Jigsaw Achievement Issue


    Hello,

    When I log into Microsoft Jigsaw my correct Avatar does not display.

    My gold shows up.

    Everything shows like I have logged in.

    But, the achievements don't seem to be updating.

    "Tough Cookie" says to complete 20 Hard puzzles

    I have done 20 in the Puppies.

    Plus 5 or 6 others in other sets.

    Still no Achievement.

    What can be done to fix?

    Makes me wonder what other Achievements I would have now.

    None X-box Microsoft Games show correct Avatar.

    Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

    Jigsaw history vanished

    After previous problem was advised to re-install Microsoft Jigsaw. It now is working but lost about 800000 gold bars and all Jigsaw achievements have vanished. Very frustrating.

    Game not loading

    Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

    All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up

    Game not loading

    Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

    All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up
