Microsoft Jackpot

Had built up my coins to 193000 and level 36 using the "Continue anyway" button. This morning, I lost all my coins and this afternoon, lost all my levels. When I started it again this afternoon am at Level 1 and coins 2930. Sigh!!!!!

 

Looks like they may have fixed the sync problem. Just went in to try it and the message is not there anymore. Still lost all of my coins though. If they can't get your original coins back, we may have to start from scratch again. Ah well, just like xmas,

Like everyone else I lost a large amount of coins - 149K after the upgrade with the same "syncing" message even though my internet connection was fine - I uninstalled the game and was ready to just forget it...This morning I thought "what the heck" and tried
re-installing it and all of my coins had been returned and at least for now the game appears to be acting correctly - I have also had issues during the mini game where it either freezes or fails to actually credit the amount of coins won - for example I'd
win 1000 coins but after it reverts back to the regular game it will only award 620 coins - this is only an example but it does this on a fairly regular basis...anyway, I'll continue to play as long as it works but if it eats the coins again I'll be out for
good...

 

Well we nearly had some success Microsoft. The sync problem seemed to be resolved. I started from 50 coins this morning which I got from reset Daily Bonus. Had built up a balance of 49500 coins and then the game froze. When I restarted, levels were correct.
Clovers set to zero and coins gone. New daily bonus gave me 50 coins again. This result from Microsoft is not what we expect (or is it). This game now goes on my TOTAL CRAP LIST along with several other Microsoft products.

 

Did a re-install and all my coins came back. YIPPEE!!!! The daily bonus goes back to the beginning but other than that it seems to be working now.

 

I also have a problem with this game since several month. I can't continue my game. I'm currently level 61 with 133k coins. So deleting the savegame is no option.

The savegame also syncs btw. my devices. But every time I start the game and load a board I have to play through the intro of this map. If I leave this board and return to this board I have to play through the intro again. And if I continue playing ad get
to the next level, the level returns to 61 but the coins change as I play. Any idea, how to solve this problem? I can't continue but also don't want to loose my progress, because it needed really long to get this far.

 

I am getting the same problem as Elmenhorster.

 

Here we are 7 months later and I'm just now getting that same error message. I've had Windows 10 ever since it came out so it must be related to some other issue.

 

Will Microsoft refund my money I spent on this game because I am having the same issues. I paid for some coins to stop ad's and not one day later I load up to play and my coins are gone so are my clovers.

 

Microsoft Jackpot recently started automatically opening on the "demo" screen. Also, Once I stared playing, I purchased $25.00 worth of coins (148,000 coins) and after I won and my balance was up to 320,000, suddenly, The balance just dropped to 25,000 and
the demo screen started up again.

Please help.

every time I try to play it has the try again and continue I try the try again and nothing happens how di I fix this
