Microsoft Jackpot

Discus and support Microsoft Jackpot in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am having the same problem. Coins gone, clovers gone.     I am having the same problem. Coins gone, clovers gone. I do not have windows 10 so that doesn't seem to be the problem. I hope someone fixes this soon as I have lost the coins that I purchased.

    I am also having this problem every time I try to play this game. It is the 22nd Dec now and I see these posts are from before the 14th. Has there been a solution posted somewhere? Please advise what and where. Thanks.

    Sorry but I see that the problem is getting worse. I posted before that it was before the 14th Dec but I see that it is being posted every day. Come on Microsoft. Own It And Fix It.

    Me too, had this problem for over a week. Microsoft, please acknowledge that you are at least looking at the problem. I paid a small amount of actual cash to stop the ads, but it's unplayable, and for those that paid we should at least be informed that you
    are looking at it. I had 600,000 coins and it's been set back to 500.

    About three weeks ago I started seeing a window in Microsoft Jackpot that stated my coin balance could not be sync'd with the cloud and to check my internet connection. I use the cloud coin saving feature because I play Microsoft Jackpot on a few different
    machines. I do not have nor due I experience bad or intermittent connections to the internet on any of the computers I play Microsoft Jackpot on. This has to be a cloud storage problem that occurred when one of the windows 10 updates came down the line. All
    the PC's I play Microsoft Jackpot on are running windows 10. All of the updates have been installed and verified. This has to be a Microsoft software glitch as I see it has happened to too many users on too many different machines. I have lost 126,000 coins,
    my five day bonus of 1,000 coins and the ability to bank any new coins I get, But.......... Life goes on !!

    I just installed Windows 10 and I am signed into Jackpot but it is saying that there is a problem saving coin balance to the cloud. I have internet connection. Is it having a problem going from the old windows to the new windows internet (Edge)? Please

    Efex Ed, you say you use the cloud coin saving feature. Do you know, or does anyone know if this can be turned off and any coin balance saved to the pc instead? I don't mind starting again, if that's possible, as I only use one pc.

    I have been having the same problem as above - except I have not upgraded the machine to Win 10. I have tried that - but lost all printers, and the ability to even access the printers through control panel. So uninstalled Win 10, and back to 8.1.

    However, 80,000 coins disappeared. Have insured the internet and cloud is connected when I have started Jackpot - so far so good - now, another 35,000 have disappeared. And continually getting the cannot sync to cloud error message - even though I confirm
    that I am connected.

    To say this is frustrating is an understatement. I have tried uninstalling Jackpot, restarted the machine and reinstalled, but have the same concerns as above, the reinstall is a little too fast - so how can you insure that it is an updated version?

  12. For me it's the same ... bought coins for playing besides work automatically ... game froze and coins are lost!!!

    So, who is responsible for refunding my money or restoring my account?

    My grandparents recently updated to windows 10 and enjoy playing Microsoft Jackpot, However they are experiencing this very same problem, before it used to just say that it was taking a few coins from their balance and now this balance not syncing issue.
    Any chance hat we can get an actual fix for Christmas guys? This is worse than stealing money out of our already empty pockets on christmas.... Oh wait......

    New and improved bug. Played earlier today, had the usual "unable to sync your cooin balance" BS. Went to play this evening and have now lost my entire coin balance of 250,000+ coins. Still have my levels - at least for now, but expect them to be gone by
    tomorrow. This is one of the very few games I actually enjoy playing. My enjoyment level is currently down to nil.
