    Same problem as others. Message tells to check internet connection and try again. I have always had a good internet connection. My level has not gone away, however my coin balance went away. How do we get it back from the cloud that it must not have
    come back from. Had over 1 mil. We uninstalled and installed but no help. Cannot exit the "retry" or "continue anyway" screen without selecting one. Please advise

    Actually got a text on this problem from Microsoft saying problem was resolved......bullcrap!! No change whatsoever.

    Same issue here. Would be nice to hear from "Support" to at least acknowledge that they are aware of the issue.

    Since a number of weeks I play the game: Year of the Dragon, that comes with Microsoft Jackpot. Microsoft Jackpot was obtained through the Xbox software when Windows 10 was installed on my desktop computer. The computer is connected to the internet with
    a LAN cable, so the internet connection is perfect.

    I observed some errors:

    1. Purchased coins are added correctly to the balance on the coins counter of the game. However on a certain moment, shortly after the purchased coins are added to the balance of the coins counter, the balance on the counter is “corrected”. Every time to
    the disadvantage of the player. The same happens after stopping and restarting the game.

    There seems to go something completely wrong when the game syncs with the cloud. Unfortunately the result is always to the disadvantage of the player.

    2. Irregularly the winnings which are displayed in the sky of “bonus game of the “Fireworks Show” in “Year of the Dragon” are transferred to the bottom of the frame incorrectly and subsequently added wrongly to the balance on the coins counter. Sometimes
    the winnings are not added at all.

    The same happens with winnings of after “the Lions Dance”

    In one instance 32.000 coins were added to the balance instead of 270.000. In another instance winnings of 390.000 coins were not added at all to the balance. Mentions those instances as an example. It has occurred in some form of another in many more instances.


    The first couple of days I did not notice that there was a problem. When I did notice I could not believe my eyes. Anyhow frequently small or large numbers of coins through purchasing coins or winnings are not added correctly to the balance on the coins
    counter or disappear after the game syncs with the cloud

    After many games and purchasing coins for a large amount of real money it has become clear that the software of the Microsoft game(s) contain a number of errors, which result in a) not communicating timely or correctly with the cloud and b) the number of
    coins through winnings are not at all or wrongly added to the balance of coins on the coins counter.

    I did discuss or chatted about the above issues with support personnel of the Xbox departments of Microsoft. They could not help but advised to send an e-mail, outlining the problems to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** I did not get any reaction!!

    Only after contacting the customer support department of Xbox today was I told that according to the forum of Microsoft Jackpot, many more people experience the same problems. So it appears that Microsoft has, should have or could have had knowledge of
    the above mentioned problems. Nevertheless Microsoft has not, to the best of my knowledge, corrected the problems or advised the customers concerning the problems with the particular software problems, or stopped selling coins which are needed to play the
    faulty game(s). This has resulted in substantial losses, losses which could have been avoided if I, and most probably many more players, had known about problems with the Microsoft software of the mentioned games.

    I would like to receive the comments of other players but certainly of Microsoft

    I have posted the same problem on another page and have been directed here. I have a problem with Microsoft Jackpot. My coin balance has been severely lessened and I have had to start over with the daily bonus. Not too cool.

    I get a window that pops up saying my coin balance can't be sync'd with the cloud and to check my internet connection. I didn't have this problem with my laptop running windows 10 until last night. The same problem reared it's ugly head there too. My desktop
    windows 10 PC is running the latest version of Windows 10 and such.

    I had to restore my laptop to a previous version of windows to fix a video driver failure problem but Microsoft Jack pot was working perfectly at that time. I suspect the problem with Microsoft Jackpot on my PC has some how corrupted my account and is now
    exhibiting problems on other online devices. It's not the end of the world but I do enjoy playing Microsoft Jackpot and would like to continue without being penalized for no reason at all.

    Looks like Wingnut at least found out that it's down to the desktop version of Win10 as his surface is working fine. Maybe there we can identify the difference.

    @ Wingnut - is your local/region set the same across both Machines? Also does it match your Microsoft account?

    The reason I ask is that back in the preview days this caused an issue with the Xbox App not being able to update.

    Could someone explain how they cleaned the update cache? I can see several methods online and would like to do it right without messing something up and having to reinstall windows :S.

    Whether your assumption is right or wrong, I do not know. But in my case I have problems with Microsoft Jackpot on 2 computers. One running on Windows 10 and one running on Windows 8.1 Pro. The one on Windows 8.1 was first also upgraded to Windows 10, but
    I was unhappy with it and returned this computer to Windows 8.1. The main reason was that Acer did not support Windows 10 for the Acer Iconia W 700 P.

    In my case the regio for both computers is the same, the same as for my Microsoft account.

  11. likewise I have a the same problem with cloud coin sync, message implies a fault with my internet connection when No!! fault exists, this has been a permanent feature with the Microsoft jackpot app for Xbox for weeks now, I am sure I am just 1 of thousands
    who have considered and will uninstall a perfectly good game the loser being micro soft and Xbox credulity very disappointing.

    There are HUNDREDS of people across all social forums having this EXACT problem. MANY people have lost actual money (purchased coins disappear as soon as they're bought) and NO ONE IS LISTENING TO US!

    Microsoft, this is YOUR problem. OWN IT AND FIX IT.

    Hey Hello Macpaulos,

    I posted again about my Surface Pro a day or two later, I'm not sure if there was an update that had not occurred when I 1st posted that later DID occur, at any rate - a day or two later Surface started having the same issue.

    I used to play this game daily but Now I just check in every few days to see if the problem is still there.

    It would be nice if this forum were like the regular Windows forums and would allow reply to specific posts, and would allow alerting when a reply is made to a specific thread/question.

    Having the same problem on both Surface Pro & laptop, having started encountering issues synching with the cloud just after the Windows 10 update installed.

    Slight differences in behaviour::

    1. Initially, after getting the unable to synch, try again message, it did appear to have synched between the two devices.

    2. Over the last couple of days, the Surface started dropping out, in the middle of a spin, with the game requiring re-opening & then then resuming the last spin. This didn't affect the coin & lucky clover balance at first, but, after the last such crash,
    the balances have dropped from close on 2 million coins & over 10 000 clovers to 500 coins & 15 clovers, plus the record of my having purchased coins;including a purchase made yesterday, has vanished & I'm back to having to watch adverts;

    3, My game levels have dropped by over 10 & I'm back down to 161.

    I only use the laptop when at home & travel for work with the Surface Pro, so the latest update wasn't installed until I booted the laptop, for the old uninstall, logon & synch with another machine & then re-install, fix. Logged on the correct totals, whilst
    the update installed (& I re-installed on the Surface), re-booted after the update & Hey! Presto!, both machines are in the same state; with the added bonus that the laptop won't sign in to the Xbox.

    Support are about as much use as a chocolate teapot. After 2 chat sessions, one of which was Xbox specific, I needed up being directed to paid software support package sales. Disc-chuffed is hardly the word for it.

    The error is now compounding. I played earlier today on my tablet and gained nearly 50,000 coins. When playing later on my laptop, I was offered the chance to use either the "cloud game" or the :local game"; I chose the cloud game", which should have the
    higher coin balance - but -- "we are unable to sync you coin balance with the cloud - and lost my 50,000 coins. Not a happy camper. True, it's just fake money, but more annoying than usual.
