Microsoft Jackpot won't sign in my account

Microsoft Jackpot was not updating my coins from the cloud so uninstalled and then reinstalled. Now it comes up with message saying "a connection to xbox could not be established. Check internet connection. Went through stopping and restarting services
related to xbox, checked network and xbox live was working. Created my account on another computer and downloaded Jackpot and still getting same error. The other computer login has Jackpot installed with other user and that works fine. How can I get it
working again?

I am having the same issue. Unfortunately it seems to be something that has plagued this game. Zemi, that link doesn't help for this sort of issue. Its a general how to page.

Is there someone who we can reach out to that might be able to help with the log in issue? I was shown as logged in before, but the game was not saving to the cloud. I have a backup on my hard drive, but cannot even sign in to play. This is with money purchased
as well.

I have the exact same problem on my computer (WIN10), but only noticed it today. Jackpot signed on my XBOX persona but started me at 500 coins when I should have had almost 4 million, and now won't reconnect.
