Microsoft Jackpot on PC

I hope this is the right forum for this new problem. I have been playing Microsoft Jackpot on my windows 10 desktop for a year or so. Just recently I started getting an error box telling me my cloud information couldn't be sync'd (updated). Check my internet
connection. Either retry or proceed. And of course all my points and bonus status are gone. This does not happen on my windows 10 laptop at home. I know both computers are functioning correctly.

Hope someone can figure this out even though it isn't a life threatening situation.

Advertisement for Microsoft Jackpot - link does not work

frequently an advertisement for Microsoft Jackpot appears when i am playing Bingo. When i click on the ad, I do get taken to the Jackpot page in the store but am immediately redirected to the main page of the store. When I search the Store no listing for
Microsoft Jackpot is found. if Jackpot is available please let me know where to get the download - if it isn't available you should probably remove the ad.

Do you mean Microsoft Jackpot? You should still be able to download it here.

If you have played it in the past, it should still be installed. Press the windows key, and start typing Jackpot. If it is installed it should quickly appear in the list.

About three weeks ago I started seeing a window in Microsoft Jackpot that stated my coin balance could not be sync'd with the cloud and to check my internet connection. I use the cloud coin saving feature because I play Microsoft Jackpot on a few different
machines. I do not have nor due I experience bad or intermittent connections to the internet on any of the computers I play Microsoft Jackpot on. This has to be a cloud storage problem that occurred when one of the windows 10 updates came down the line. All
the PC's I play Microsoft Jackpot on are running windows 10. All of the updates have been installed and verified. This has to be a Microsoft software glitch as I see it has happened to too many users on too many different machines. I have lost 126,000 coins,
my five day bonus of 1,000 coins and the ability to bank any new coins I get, But.......... Life goes on !!
