Microsoft Jackpot not syncing

I am a Microsoft 365 subscriber (Windows 10) and have been for some years now and love it. However the Microsoft games situation is muddled since introducing the X - Box. I had been using the soon to be closed Microsoft Jackpot and was having some real success but suddenly it will not sync and so I am regarded as a guest although it shows in my account as having great successes recently. I have deleted and reloaded the app but still no change which is very disappointing since we only have few weeks left to play it. How can this be fixed?

I also find that my Microsoft Suduko is not listed with the other Microsoft games like Jigsaw and Mahjong in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection but is only accessible by a separate icon. A small inconvenience but weird that this should be so. Is there an easy fix solution available?

A corrupted data may cause your game not to sync properly. However, some basic troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling the Xbox app and preforming a clear reboot ( How to perform a clean boot in Windows (microsoft.com)) to your device can help fix the issue. Please give it a try and let us know if the issue is fixed.

Team itself.
Microsoft Jackpot Saying Goodbye.

"As of today, December 19, 2018, Microsoft Jackpot is no longer available for download on the Microsoft Store and the in-game coin store will not accept new purchases. Purchases made in the last 6 months, starting with June 19, 2018, will
be automatically refunded.

Current players may enjoy the game without these features until June 19, 2019, when game services including daily bonus coins, ad-watching for coins, cloud sync, leaderboards, and achievements will cease.

We will be sad to see this game go away and we deeply regret having to make this decision."

Do you mean Microsoft Jackpot? You should still be able to download it here.

If you have played it in the past, it should still be installed. Press the windows key, and start typing Jackpot. If it is installed it should quickly appear in the list.
