Discus and support Microsoft Jackpot lost all my credits! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Logged into my Xbox account on my laptop to play Microsoft Jackpot and found all my 600K credits were gone!     Microsoft Jackpot lost all my credits!


    Logged into my Xbox account on my laptop to play Microsoft Jackpot and found all my 600K credits were gone! Anyone able to help?

    Lost all my points in Microsoft Jackpot

    I lost over 1 million points from Microsoft Jackpot game two weeks ago. No idea where they went and how to get them back.

    Getting a little support will be appreciated.

    Microsoft Jackpot lost all my credits!

    Played until almost 2am pt and had over 300K points went to play tonight and it says 500 points. What gives. Please help! Thought I was doing really good and was excited about cold weather and fun game. Night spent trying to find forum to find out what
    happened. Only consulation is that I am not the only one sorry LooneyGlobe.....I hope we hear soon.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled and then the store said the game needed to be repaired. All Points were restored and it is working correctly now.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled and then the store said the game needed to be repaired. All Points were restored and it is working correctly now.

    About three weeks ago I started seeing a window in Microsoft Jackpot that stated my coin balance could not be sync'd with the cloud and to check my internet connection. I use the cloud coin saving feature because I play Microsoft Jackpot on a few different
    machines. I do not have nor due I experience bad or intermittent connections to the internet on any of the computers I play Microsoft Jackpot on. This has to be a cloud storage problem that occurred when one of the windows 10 updates came down the line. All
    the PC's I play Microsoft Jackpot on are running windows 10. All of the updates have been installed and verified. This has to be a Microsoft software glitch as I see it has happened to too many users on too many different machines. I have lost 126,000 coins,
    my five day bonus of 1,000 coins and the ability to bank any new coins I get, But.......... Life goes on !!

    I haven't had better luck, but I've had equal luck. I didn't even know there were 30k jackpots. It was insane. On this account I get insane jackpots, I used to get like 70 credits EVERY time and NEVER got a jackpot despite never quitting, but now I get 5
    jackpots a day and my average slot machine bonus is 500-1,000 :D
