Microsoft Jackpot keeps locking up when hitting bonus button

Microsoft Jackpot has been locking up and freezing every time I hit the bonus button for the daily bonuses. Also the progression button on level progression isn't working either...just says "Next Level Number". Have uninstalled and reinstalled it a couple
of times, same behavior. Have also checked my firewall settings, etc. All other Microsoft Games are working normally. This is a bit frustrating, I bought coins for the game...and am Ads Free for 2 yrs now....this is about to say forget it and uninstall it
and not play it ever again. Something is very wrong with this latest version of Microsoft Jackpot.

Yes, the biggest jackpot is 15,343, but that is added to whatever your normal bonus would have been. So you would have received an 806 cR bonus without the jackpot.

The bonus button hasn't worked since the last update on 4/13/2018. XBOX support has been useless. One guy stated it wasn't an XBOX game. I am responding since there is no forum I can find for this game. I have been on XBOX support chat 3 times and no solutions
have worked. I am not the only person who has this problem but there is no forum for this game. Do you think they're should be!

The daily bonus freezes it. The in game bonus freezes when you get cherries or other bonuses

well, that link is useless. Takes you to their facebook page which hasn't been updated in forever. Even 2 years ago people were complaining about Jackpot. All the FB page was asking was what should we build next? Almost all comments were - how about
you fix what you already have first. Very disappointing.
