Microsoft Jackpot Game

I was at level 180 on the Jackpot Game. A few days ago when I sign in it takes me to level 1, as I just started playing. Now every time I sign in it starts me back at level1. Any help would be appreciated.

Ive been trying to find where there's actual support for this game, and doesn't seem to be any. My issue is that I reinstalled after noticing the leaderboard asked to sign into live, even though I was signed in. Now it won't connect
to account and keeps giving me a bogus check connection issue. Does it show you as signed in on the upper corner? What about the leaderboard?

Microsoft Jackpot has been delisted from the store, soon the game servers will be turned off, as the game is coming to the end of it's life. If you have downloaded the game before, then you should be able to redownload from your game library. More info
