  1. Microsoft issues

I would just like to point out that I have been having an on going issue with with my Xbox One that keeps telling me "Do you own this game or app" when I have the game disk in the Xbox. I've talked to Xbox support and they tell me to uninstall and reinstall
the game, I'm not going to uninstall a 49GB game and reinstall it because the Xbox can't see that I have the disk inside it. So because of this issue I'm going to go with the Play Station gaming system instead of Microsoft. I just believe that everyone who
has an Xbox One should be aware or this issue.

    :)

vlv MIKE vlv, apparently you didn't catch the part where I stated I have video evidence that I was put into a hacked lobby at random. Also, I know and understand why I was suspended. I simply don't think that it's okay for Microsoft to ignore me and to not
even consider physical proof that I wasn't the hacker. I wouldn't even care if they took my Xbox for a month to run a forensic toolkit to read backlogs of my play history. They would find nothing incriminating and would be forced to compensate my lost time.
vlv MIKE vlv, don't just read a couple sentences from an original thread post and be so quick to classify it as a run of the mill "I was suspended for no reason" post. If my misfortune bothers you so much, then ignore it and be on your merry way.

My Xbox Live account has been wrongfully suspended by Microsoft. I have contacted support multiple times, and they tell me to post my issues in forum 15. I have posted my concerns twice there, and
both times I have been pointed to the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use and my posts have been removed. I am aware of the reasoning of my suspension (even though they are incorrect), and XBLPET has simply told me not to cheat, and deleted my posts.
I only wish to have justice. It seems petty to fight a large corporation over a two week suspension, but it's the principle of the matter. I was wrongfully suspended and I even have
video evidence that I wasn't the one cheating, but I have been ignored and essentially told to sit in a corner and wait out my suspension. I just want what is just and don't request compensation,
but only that my suspension be lifted since I have multiple pieces of evidence that I was not in fact cheating, but was the victim.

The "Do you own this game or app?" error (with a disc in the drive) can occur for a variety of reasons, like:

    • Corrupt cache requires a power cycle.
    • Need to reinstall as the game installation became corrupt.
    • Your disc is too scratched or dirty, and may need a replacement.
    • There is a hardware fault in the disc drive of your Xbox, which can only be addressed by
      scheduling a repair.

There's plenty of support documentation to help you troubleshoot this issue, hopefully it helps:

Yay! Another "I was suspended for no reason" thread! Haven't heard one of these before.... *smh

Why do you guys feel the need to come here crying because you got busted and suspended? Play your games without cheating and don't mod anything and you won't be in this situation to begin with. Add this keyword "I was dumb and cheated".

Even though matchmaking in older games may put you in hacked lobbies, staying in the lobby for even one match is a violation of section F of the Code of Conduct:

    F. Cheating & Tampering

•Do not cheat in a game unless cheats have been deliberately enabled by the developer.

•Do not use unauthorized hardware or modifications to gain an advantage or disrupt the competitive landscape of Xbox Live.

•Do not exploit game vulnerabilities or glitches.

•Do not make unauthorized modifications to your account profile or its contents, to include but not limited to: tenure, Avatar, gamesaves, or Gamerscore.

Do not intentionally play with someone who is using unauthorized software or methods.

•Do not play any illegitimately obtained software or pirated games.

•Do not take any action to cause degradation of service for Microsoft or other users.

•Do not play a game before it has been authorized for play on the service.

The 2 clauses I highlighted and bolded are the two that explains why playing in a hacked lobby can get your account suspended or banned. The first clause I highlighted is if the hacked lobby allowed you to do anything that is not intended by the developers,
but as for the second clause, staying in that lobby can be seen as a violation of that clause in that section of the Code of Conduct and it helps pave the way for the other clause I highlighted to be violated.

From now on, if you suspect that the lobby is hacked by seeing things such as weird text or graphics on your screen, or anything else not normal, either dashboard or turn off your console immediately to avoid getting any action taken against your account and
if you know who was running the hacked lobby, file a complaint against him or her.
