Microsoft is trash - banned AGAIN

It's not just that. It also comes from years of reading the enforcement forums when they were available and when the enforcement team did post exactly what was said. Unfortunately, they shut those down for the current site.

 

By the way the OP explains their case, I must say I agree, suspension well deserved.

Microsoft is not tolerating this **** anymore and I am very glad. I game to have fun, not to be harassed. If I am not as skilled as another player, I still have bought my console, the game, paid for Xbox Live and paid for my internet and deserve to be able
to play the same as anyone else.

 

You can mute or block. I also only reply to messages first. Why does everyone have such a hard time reading these days?

 

Why is it some people cannot understand, Microsoft has a Code of Conduct. Most adults do NOT want to put up with the bullcrap and fully support the effort to keep Xbox Live a friendly and inviting place to play. If people cannot follow the
Code of Conduct then maybe they should be prepared for the consequences.

 

code of conduct this, code of conduct that. Just because there are "rules" doesn't mean those rules are fair. Microsoft should cater to competitive play too and stop using code of conduct as an excuse to be lazy. I disagree that most adults want to play
on a platform that is friendly and inviting rather than competitive, that's what Nintendo is for. If I sent you a message after a game stating "you are bad", all you have and to do is mute or block me and that should be the end of that. It's not harassment.

"the common rules of the internet?" Stop making stuff up plz. There is no such thing and I played PC for longer than I've played Xbox. There is a wayyyyyyy more toxic community on "the common internet" and no bans issued because the mods aren't catering
to crybabies. Xbox live's transition to this enforcement **** is not the norm, that's why this post exists.

No offense "boid" but in the 6 months that the current forums have been in place there has been ZERO as in NONE as in NADA as in ZIP moderation here. I suggest you remove the stick and do your job of removing and deleting the offensive posts in multiple
forums that have been reported repeatedly the last few months. In any case where did you come from all of a sudden? Serious question.

Many people have related issues to the few mods around and have been told that they don't have time to bother with policing the forums and actually doing their job. We are all here to get along but the lies and outright offensive behavior by some has put
all on the defensive. Coming in here now and BOLDING all your dialog is simply ridiculous at this point. I am an almost 14 year Xbox Live member and have used the forums for about as long.

Edited to add that I see you ARE a 14 year vet. Where have you been with your mod badge all this time?

Thank you for the suggestion; I'll take it under advisement. I'm sorry we haven't connected in the last 14 years; I honestly did not know you were looking for me. In the old forums, I used to be able to put "mod voice" in red text, but with these I'm stuck
with just using bold. I like for people to be able to tell when I'm being all modish vs. when I'm just having a conversation, like now.

I sympathize with your frustration over the perceived and actual limitations of moderation in these forums. All I can say is that we are working on improving things, but as volunteers we have limited control and, though this adds to your frustration I'm
sure, limited time. This is not a job for any of us; it's what we do for "fun". I wish I had a better answer for you
