Microsoft is trash - banned AGAIN

I have been playing xbox for many years (around 8) and just recently started getting 2 week communication bans (like 5 bans -.-). I'll admit I trash talk just as much as the next person and send after game messages to other players, but I never use profanity
and usually stick with terms like "you're trash" or "you're garbage", "bad", etc. I only do this when players instantly pick a character on smite that they know is going to make our team lose and don't give a ****, or when I get trash talking messages to
me first.

My question is why the **** am I getting bans when I am a grown man for calling people "trash" when they are trash at a game? If I'm not mistaken, we all have the option to mute each other and its not even like I'm being racist or typing profanities, like
****. I feel like I'm playing 07 runescape now when I play xbox.

To make things better, I tried getting ahold of the enforcement team to ask them why I was banned and have to complete a 20 question "questionnaire" to even get in touch with someone. You have to not only take the "questionnaire" which is actually a test,
but you cannot miss one single question or else you have to start all over/ wait 24hrs to take it again. Who in the actual **** requires customers to complete a test in order to get in touch with them?

I'm going to buy a craiglister PS4 for $50 and see how Sony deals with trash talking. I try to support American-based companies whenever I can, but Microsoft can go **** themselves because they won't get any more business from me.

Calling someone "trash" and repeatedly swearing in your post after saying you don't use profanity isn't going to help you at all in this situation. You agreed to the terms that you should have read when you made an account and bought gold.

 

Sorry, but I live in America where if someone walks up to me on the street and calls me trash, I have every right to call them trash back without being punished. I don't see why communicating on video games should be any different. What is the point of having
mute or block if they are just going to throw out bans every time people report you. They should encourage players to block people if they don't like what is said. Stop trying to justify Microsoft's lazy attempt at a report system. It is trash.

Also, I'm not sure where you are getting "thousands on theories?" I said I was going to spend $50 on a playstation off Craigslist, not thousands.

 

I never said I don't use profanity in general. I don't use profanity in my trash talking messages because I didn't want to be banned which obviously doesn't matter because it is based off the reports themselves and not the contents inside the reports. Give
me a break, nobody actually reads the terms and if they do, do not retain knowledge of said terms for years. You can't even comprehend my paragraph let alone an entire novel of rules.

I never use a mic and you saying "calling someone trash is disrespectful" is subjective. I personally don't feel disrespected when someone calls me trash, I just trash talk back to them. It is competitive play and Microsoft "encourages a competitive environment" except
with no trash talking? Get real. The point of this post is that Microsoft's ban system is garbage. They are banning based off the number of reports instead of the contents actually in the reports. They then require you to take a test in order to get ahold
of someone to express your discontent with their system. They are being lazy and it is hurting their customers.

 

Actually you could have a million reports filed against you and not get banned unless the enforcement team actually finds you've done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of use. It only takes 1 valid complaint for a suspension/ban. They do investigate
the complaints they receive.

 

Do you have evidence that your statement is true? Because there are many posts that show evidence of an algorithm they use based off of feedback and # of reports, not the actual content inside the reports.

So you are just going off of what the company says is true even though they supply no supporting evidence, because companies never lie right?? They dont even show you what you said wrong, just that you violated the rules. So many sheep follow Microsoft without
a care until they start crapping on you too.
