Discus and support Microsoft is making it difficult to purchase a game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am trying to pre-order Forza 7, but MS thinks my credit card is in a different region.     Microsoft is making it difficult to purchase a game


    I am trying to pre-order Forza 7, but MS thinks my credit card is in a different region. Tried support, but just kept getting the run around. Not sure if MS really wants my business.

    why microsoft

    why is it so difficult to change the email linked to my gamertag. i have created 4 new microsoft accounts and made brand new emials for all of them and it just generates a gamertag on the new account so i cant transfer my email. thank you microsoft for making
    it so painfully difficult to do something that should be simple

    I meant the free games that come with the console purchase.

    Exactly my problem as well.

    Microsoft support is clueless. This makes me wonder how Microsoft can accomplish other tasks but easy tasks like setting up a download link for digital purchases must be extremely difficult for them!

    I can't believe how difficult Microsoft makes this...

    I just want to play Doom. The old style. The one I used to play on Windows 95, written in Borland C, compiled for 16-bit processors, which hardly **** runs on my 64-bit machine without the use of a VM. So I bought it on Xbox Live because oddly enough it
    runs on my Xbox 360, but not my ordinary laptop.

    If I have to use a VM to run Windows 95, where can I download it and get an installation key?

    How do I fix the warning sign?

    I was literally on the phone with tech support. What fixed it for me, was resetting my Xbox back to factory settings. And then all of my games worked. To make this process easier, make sure you know your login information.

    It seems Microsoft could be making it difficult for the physical game users as a sales tactic and push you over towards game pass because that is more profitable. I only have problems with my disc games and the digital games that I purchased NOT with game pass.
