Microsoft is FRAUDULENT!

I called Xbox support because I had requested a gamertag change and was charged for it and my name did not change. I called xbox support and they said it could take up to 48 hours in their database and so I patiently waited. After 3 days and it still did
not change I called again. The customer service agent (if you can even call him that) told me he saw no proof in my account that I ordered a gamertag change even though I had an email with confirmation number and bank account charges to prove it was ordered.
Because he said that is not valid, he offered me no assistance and even threatened to hang up on me at one point! When I asked to speak to his manager, the manager said he refused to come and that they cannot do anything for me. The only way i got my money
back was filing a claim with my bank and reporting Microsoft as fraudulent! This is abhorrent customer service and reflects on the company as a whole. Ive been a customer ever since the original Xbox came out and being alienated and bullied by a company that
now believes it is above its individual loyal customers is disgraceful. The "customer reps" should be fired for such distasteful handling on my case. I vow to never buy from Microsoft or Xbox until this is resolved to some extent for me. I do not need to put
up with corporate bullying and incompetence. I hope no one else experiences this.

Changing account to American for free game?

To give you a hint, Microsoft would send something like this to you...

This account was permanently suspended for modification and/or theft of marketplace assets. The conduct that caused this suspension may include, but is not limited to:

-Attempts to defraud Microsoft or authorized agents

-Fraudulent transfer of content licenses

-Attempts to commit Microsoft fraud

-Distribution of account credentials for fraudulent purposes

-Illegitimate acquisition of redemption codes

 

Account was banned while it was in possession of a hacker

You will need to contact Microsoft directly and let him know fraudulent charges on that account
