    Considering previous Xbox's enabled me to play 3D Blu-ray's and I bought a few, why drop support now on the premium Series X console? How come I can still play DVD'S, CD's, Blu-ray's, etc but not 3D Blu-ray's? This is seriously disappointing for me.

    Also in the video settings why support YCBR 4:2:2 yet only provide 24bit colour at 4K? I know my TV supports YCBR 4:2:2 at 30-36bit colour because my old laptop outputs that no problem at all and text is clearer with less colour compression.

    Allow me to switch off the dummy timers on the Xbox. I switch off all my gear as I'm conscious of energy consumption.

    I switch off my AV system to use wired headphones to the controller to watch a movie at night using the DOLBY ATMOS headphone app. Guess what? Every ten minutes it switches off unless I'm pressing a button on the controller. So I give up, and switch my amp back on to get my Atmos sound back and suck more energy out the planet. The controller is now causing me to use more energy than what the timer is trying to prevent me from using. Completely redundant.

    The screen dimming function that can't be switched off. I set it to the the longest period...60 minuits. One of the TV apps I use for watching a movie tripped that timer and I hadn't realised the screen had gone really dark mid movie. My wife complained, said 'Why is this movie so dark?' Then I realised, the controller had to be woke up, then tapped X button and Hurrah! we could see half the movie wasn't filmed at dawn or dusk period.

    Backwards Compatibility

    Probably with series x. Even if they changed their mind saying that not every old game will be backward compatible. I am sure they will do a great job though

    I think they do a great job currently with backwards compatibility. The older the system, the less interest there is from fans but then also those fans that are interested are your super fans of the game.

    Microsoft has been doing such a wonderful job with their Backward Compatibility program. I would love to see more games being added and there might be a chance that your list could be added in the future.

    Makes you think if the case of XB was designed for a different inside than we actually get. If you go for 100W APUs silence isn't really such a factor nor do you need that kind of case space.
